Regeneracy successfully executed the restoration of windows, doors, and architectural woodwork. The comprehensive scope of work included:

• Restoration and replication of transoms and archways

• Restoration of windows, involving removal and reinstallation of glass into restored sashes

• Removal of all finishes and application of new finishes

• Restoration of frames and modification of existing casings to fit new walls

• Restoration of exterior entries, including doors and transoms

• Restoration of existing window grills, replicating missing ornamental elements

• Removal and modification of the existing historic railing to fit atop a new sub-rail
