Window Restoration, Door Restoration, Architectural Woodwork Restoration
The project encompassed a comprehensive restoration initiative, involving the restoration of windows, doors, architectural woodwork, transoms, plaster medallions, and the historic staircase. Additionally, the historic porch and balcony were meticulously restored and recreated. The scope of work also included the restoration of windows, doors, frames, fireplaces, and decorative plaster. Specifically, the windows underwent a restoration process that entailed the removal of all glass, subsequent reinstallation of new historic glass, stripping of existing finishes, and application of new finishes. Furthermore, frames were restored, and existing casings were modified to align with new wall structures. Exterior entries were also restored, encompassing the renovation of doors and transoms.
