Patterson Mansion
Window Restoration, Hardware Restoration, Door Restoration, Paneling Restoration
Phoenix successfully restored windows and doors at the Patterson Mansion. The restoration process involved:
Removal of all glass
Repair of sashes
Re-priming and re-painting
Re-installation of glass
Installation of new wood stops and chains
Restoration of hardware
Frame restoration with new chains
Fabrication of additional windows for the rear of the mansion
Furthermore, architectural woodwork was meticulously repaired, missing elements were dutchmaned, and all woodwork was cleaned and painted black to restore its original beauty.
